He brings aboard experience of working with the Java Security Team Germany , RMIT University Australia . Currently lectures at the Faculty of Computing and Information Technology Makerere University (MUK).
Dr. JOSEPH SEWANYANA KASUMBA
Before moving to the academic field, Dr. Sewanyana worked extensively in the Uganda Government, parastatals and in the private sector outside Uganda . This exposed him to a lot of challenges and skills, especially in the area of planning and strategic management, where he has spent many years studying, designing, developing, implementing and maintaining various types policies and strategies for various organizations. Some of these were for the private sector, and others were for the Government of Uganda financed by the World Bank
Dr. Sewanyana is a recognized expert in the field of policy research and strategic planning. One of the pioneers of ICT Consults ltd. Joseph’s career spans more than three decades. His work has been in social research, risk and project management, policy research, ICT marketing, information systems technologies, Training; ICT Research; Strategic Planning and development of learning systems.^
Dr. PETER JEHOPIO
Dr. Peter Jehopio holds PhD in Applied Computing, Master of Education in Curriculum and Teaching, Master of Science in Software Technology for Computer Aided Engineering in addition to Bachelor of Science in Statistics and Mathematics and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education. He is highly experienced in performing training needs assessment (TNA), participatory methodology of training, design of training modules, development of training/educational materials, assessment of training progress and evaluation of training program, design of information systems, etc. He has held a number of high-level positions e.g. Principal of Uganda Institute of Information and Communications Technology, Head of School of Education in Uganda Polytechnic Kyambogo, National Expert Systems Analyst with FAO of the United Nations, Senior Consultant in Information Technology at Uganda Management Institute (UMI). He has also been Lecturer, in various aspects of Education and Computer Science and their Applications in a number of universities in the United Kingdom and Uganda . He is currently Research and Graduate Student Advisor in the Makerere University Institute of Computer Science.
MR. JAMES KASIGWA
Mr. Kasigwa holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, from Makerere University, M.Sc. in Telecommunications and Computer Networks Engineering from South Bank University with relevant skills and professional qualifications in the IT field. Mr Kasigwa is a Certified Information Systemds Auditor CISA, he holds CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate), CISA), Comptia Securtiy+ Certified has emense experience in the IT field.
MR. ROBERT BUGA
Mr. Buga Robert holds a degree in Arts in Environmental studies and Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology. He is very experienced in the area of Graphics designing as well as being well established in the area of web technologies
MR. PAUL BAGYENDA
Paul Bagyenda holds a B.Sc. and M.Phil. in Computer Science. Currently a lecturer at the Faculty of Computing and IT Makerere University, where he has taught for seven years, his interests mainly centre on software development, programming languages and networked systems
MR. ARIKO SAMSON
Mr. Ariko Okwakol Samson holds a B.Sc(Ed), PGDCS and M.Sc. in Computer Science; He is a distinguished Instructor in Networks and Internet, research, administrator, and manager. His field of expertise is in Network design, implementation and Documentation and Training.
MR. FRED KAKOOZA
Fred Kakooza holds an MSc and a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science as well as a Diploma in Project Planning and Management. He is a lecturer, researcher and IT consultant. He lectures in the areas of networking and computer repair/ maintenance, Kakooza had his postgraduate diploma research in the area of databases and masters research in the area of networking. He has supervised students at the bachelors level in the areas of networking, databases and information systems. As a consultant, he has coordianted as well as participated in projects that involve ICT training, needs assessments, networking, database/ web site development.

Mr. Apolo Kyeyune holds a BSc. and MSc in Electrical Engineering, specializing in telecommunication systems; certificates/diplomas in Management, public relations, customer care, Network and Internet technologies.

Mr. Richard Mayanja holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science and a bachelor of Library and Information Science. He lectures courses in Database Systems, Information Systems and Computer Programming Languages at masters and undergraduate level

Mr. John Ngubiri holds a Bachelor of Science with Education (Mathematics and Physics), a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science and a Mascter of Science in Computer Science. He is currently undertaking a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science at Radboud University Nijmegen in The Netherlands.

Michael Niyitegeka holds a B.A (Arts) Major in Organisational Studies., MBA. He is a growing lecturer, researcher, distiguished administrator, and manager and his field of expertise include project planning and Management on the side of projects, people management and activity coordination within projects.
